* Merge with Debian (LP: #240775), remaining changes:
+ debian/rules: Replace dh_iconcache with dh_icons.
+ debian/control: Build-depend on debhelper >= 5.0.51 (for dh_icons).
* Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
specification.
