mcas He most likely wont have one in /var/crash since in stable releases
we disable apport. However he can grab a backtrace or to enable apport
use your fav. text editor and edit the file /etc/default/apport
on line 2 where it says enable=0 change that 0 to a 1and restart
computer than get it to crash :)
