May have a solution. My install of Bluefish (1.0.7) on a new install of 32bit vanilla Hardy had the same problem as state above.
In the Ubuntu Menu Manager, I noticed an icon for Bluefish under Applications>Programming with this syntax (bluefish %F). There was, however, another hidden (unchecked) icon under Applications>Other called Bluefish Editor with a different syntax (bluefish -n -p %f). I edited the one under Other to match that of the Programming one (bluefish %F), and suddenly everything worked correctly (i.e. I can now select txt files in Nautilus and they open in Bluefish). Hope that helps some folks. -Jim -- Nautilus "open with" starts bluefish with blanc document https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/207189 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
