This bug also shows up with and Epson C86 printer. Now, I only have finite data to work with, but it appears that anyone with an Epson printer is sure out of luck trying to reverse printing order from an internet browser. This isn't just a firefox thing, but since it seems to occur on a per-application basis, it would be good to find out what OpenOffice and Evince are doing right that Firefox is screwing up.
