I have just tested this with exim4 version 4.69-5ubuntu1. Line 90 in
debian/debconf/conf.d/main/02_exim4-config_options looks like this:
.ifdef MAIN_HARDCODE_PRIMARY_HOSTNAME
As you can see, "HOSTNAME" is correctly spelled. As a result, I am
marking this bug as 'Fix Released'.
