OK, I did what you said for the ~/.evolution/mail/local directory but the missing mails didn't appear.
It's extremly strange, I know. Here I can show you exactly what I mean: I went into my Ubuntu folder within Evolution and took a screenshot of all the mails concerning this bug report. As you can see in the attached file only four emails are listed. However, when looking at the Ubuntu mailbox file and getting out the last 400 lines there are 6 emails - your first two mails are missing, but not the newest one! (this also shows that the filters still work correctly - at least in this case) So you really have to trust me, I'm not fooling around, I'd love to use my time for more productive work... I use Evolution since the early Ubuntu days (more than 3 years ago) but have never seen such a thing. Let's hope you can find this nasty bug - or give me a hint what I did wrong! ** Attachment added: "Screenshot and corresponding mailbox file" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/15941361/ScreenshotAndMailboxFile.zip -- Some emails are not displayed but are saved in the mailbox file https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/247364 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
