Actually it makes no difference if the apt-build files are in
/etc/apt/sources.list.d if the deb line is already at the top of
sources.list. As long as the /etc/apt/preferences file is set up
correctly, apt-build will install from the local repository first (I had
to use --force-yes for authentication reasons to get to work).
