Hi Sayyid,
Are you still having troubles trying to upgrade to Intrepid? If so,
after attempting an upgrade can you try reattaching your log files found
in /var/log/dist-upgrade. Specifically I wasn't able to view the
term.log (VarLogDistupgradeTermlog.gz) that was originally attached.
