Guys I might delude a few of you but I have solved my problem !!! Nothing very technical : it was the wi-fi alarm system in the house : now if I go off site from the sensors I get connected immediately and the if I come inside even in rooms where the detectors are working, the line keeps steady and high speed.
That was why i could go wi-fi fine everywhere but home and why even changing router the problem persisted : it was not depending on Linux nor on the PC nor on the Router ..... just soem wi-fi POLLUTION in the area.
