Can someone please clarify the correct bug report process because the wiki documentation is not clear:
1. How do I know what bugs are caused by Ubuntu vs upstream? 2. How does a user decide to report it on launchpad or upstream? In the past Sebastien youve been the one who has reported upstream but I found that to take time and youve not always sent them upstream e.g. The totem gstreamer deinterlace bug. I know your busy, so am I. I want to optimise the time I'm putting into this work to make Ubuntu better.
