I had to remind myself that we are talking about the working title or Launchpad project name for the guide and it's totally fine if it's the "Ubuntu Development Guide" - it's definitely clearer than "Ubuntu Packaging Guide", so an improvement. For the rest of the discussion I'm going to write up a more general blog entry and try to condense my thoughts there. Thanks for all your suggestions.
