For the above steps, have you considered packaging conga (from git)?
It´s the "usual" webtool to configure and administer RHCS.
Also note that conga provides a fundamental tool for cluster-3.x.y
operations now (ccs_sync).

from now on, I recommend you start using the correct terminology as
corosync/openais rather than just openais.

corosync has a simple conf.d hook up system for external module
integration such as pacemaker. Did you look at it?

Once again, the migration stuff is far in the future even for upstream.
As long as there is no clear upstream path, either talk with all
upstreams to put anything in place, or wait for upstream.

pacemaker feature set will soon require corosync and will most likely
stay behind on the heartbeat front. Be warned about that.

There are already a lot of docs out there but I strongly agree that they
could be better, easier to find. Maybe we could consider a bit of joint
effort with upstream, collect all the links to the docs, review their
validity and then collect them in one location.
