The official location for the current tarballs, as far as know, is sourceforge, specifically: http://sourceforge.net/projects/trustedqsl/files/tqsllib/V2.2/tqsllib-2.2.tar.gz and http://sourceforge.net/projects/trustedqsl/files/TrustedQSL/V1.13/TrustedQSL-1.13.tar.gz I just packaged up tqsllib-2.2 as a quick test, seems to be fine on Ubuntu Lucid, Maverick and Natty. These packages will appear in my PPA ppa:jmarsden/trustedqsl very soon.
