First thing - Any idea why your mail contained content from some other
thread? Please don't hijack threads. Write a new mail for new question.

Now as Prashant pointed out you have to install packages manpages,
manpages-dev, manpages-posix, manpages-posix-dev, freebsd-manpages.
Since you have no internet connection, go to website
http://packages.ubuntu.com and download the package files (.deb) for your
version of ubuntu. Once you have all files you need to install them with
'sudo dpkg -i *.deb'
