As far as my knowledge goes , Registering a legal body is a lengthy and cumbersome process including a lot of money .My view is that it may be done , but in future. As far as structure implementation goes, i haven`t seen/heard any elections, members registration etc. In my opinion it`s a write-up rather than the implementation.
