Hi, Should show sympathy towards newbies who tries to have hands on experience in linux. Otherwise discouraged indirectly to use linux forever - which finds difficult to solve the problems faced by newbies. As and when they get experienced and automatically learn how to googling and post when they failed. When newbies become expert, they will not approach for forum for solutions!! As such should not be harsh towards newbies.
