Thank you for your quick reply, but I succeeded in figuring out how to make a page. And as you suggested, I used others' page as a guide.
Actually the major problem that I faced was this : With my Launchpad ID's Timezone set to Asia/Kolkata, I encountered some error while logging in and hence I could not edit other's pages at first. Once I change my timezone back to "UTC" it worked normally.
