Hi Jason.Cook599. Thank you for your answer. I would prefer "right-click". But I think my opinion should not be the decisive factor, because I'm not a native speaker. Primary/Secondary click could be mentioned in the preamble (like: in this book primary click = left click ...) but not in the main text, because it could be to confusing for the beginners.
