Hi - Can i make a suggestion regarding the troubleshooting section of the manual : ---- Ubuntu failing to start after installing Windows .. .. However, when you installed Windows, you removed GRUB, thus removing the ability to choose which operating system you’d like to use. You can easily restore GRUB—and regain the ability to choose your operating system—by using the same CD you used to install Ubuntu. .. This section sounds almost accusatory - It isn't the users fault that windows removed their existing bootloader - can I suggest a re-wording like : However, when you installed Windows, it replaced GRUB with it's own bootloader, thus removing the ability to choose which operating system you’d like to use. You can easily restore GRUB—and regain the ability to choose your operating system—by using the same CD you used to install Ubuntu. Just a thought. -- This message was sent from Launchpad by the user Computa_mike (https://launchpad.net/~computa-mike) using the "Contact this user" link on your profile page.
