In two days the proofreading of http://personal.crocodoc.com/Ghp59wj
should be finished. So far, there are only a few remarks. I would really
like to ask you all to have a look at it, read a few chapters (those
that have your special interest) and add comment if necessary.
The *deadline* for this proofreading is _Monday, October 8_.
