Hi, Sorry for the cross-post but I wanted some comments on this.
If I understand correctly, http://www.ubuntuvideo.com/ is a private venture and yet it uses the Ubuntu skin and logo very prominently and looks like an Ubuntu/Canonical sponsored site. Am I missing something here or was this discussed with the CC/Ubuntu/Canonical and the Marketing team ? AFAIK, the UbuntuForums adopted this skin after they got approval from the CC/Ubuntu/Canonical as there are legal trademark issues involved and the loco and other teams use similar skins since the domains are owned by Ubuntu/Canonical.
