Hello,

I am also in the marketing business and I currently working on getting a
Ubuntu system setup on my system, so I appreciate any kind of
information regarding news (opinion / factual) about this system.

When I send out a newsletter to customers in my job function it needs to
have several fundamental components. 1. Links to further information
about a topic and I think you do that quite well. 2. A desubscribe
clause, which I assume you have in your mail out. 3. Most important,
every newsletter should include a subscribe option at least once or
twice in the text (beginning and the end), and I am unfortunately unable
to find this in your newsletter which I found on the web
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuWeeklyNewsletter/Issue28

I think there are many people interested in receiving news and would
like to sign up. My suggestion would be to set up 3 mail groups, 1.
Experienced Linux users, 2. Server orientated users and 3. Desktop
orientated users (including beginners). A simple 3 checkbox form could
take care of sorting out the preferences.

This is just some feedback from my end. I wish Ubuntu all the success
that it deserves and I hope that it continues to grow as it has done in
the last couple of years.

Please put me on your subscription list.

Thank you very much for your great work and Kindest Regards,

Josef Valek
