Maybe the splash screen could be changed to "Step 1: Run Ubuntu in Live mode"
(and the CD cases explain what a live CD is) then the install icon could be
made bigger and called "Step 2: Install Ubuntu". I don't think this discussion
should be kept within the Marketing Team though.
