Ok, now understand. But, please, now listen to me: The week next the day you proposed, I mean from Monday 16th November until Friday 20th November, there will be Ubuntu Developer Summit in Dallas, Texas. If you're not aware of this event go take a look on the wiki page (1). Don't be confused by the name "Developer Summit" it's not only about Development, it has also a "Community Track" leaded by Jono Bacon where people from all LoCos discuss about Community topic: partecipation, translation, events and so on. I think that reserving a session of an hour where discuss about Community Marketing it's a grat chance to move things forward. Few people from this list will be present in person: Me, Alan Pope, Martin Owens and maybe somebody else. But there will be people, probably not in this list, leading their LoCo Team that can help very much. Take a look here (2). Each Session in UDS can be followed by IRC and streamed by audio.
