Lot of fire here. My .02 is that it sounds like a lot is trying to be accomplished in one shot; could be wrong. As some one who has several years with the military KISS (Keep It Simple and Stupid) always worked best for getting from point a to b.
May I suggest the the 12 Nov date stand as is for a simple primer. Objective would be to focus the group and leave with the following accomplished: Purpose Direction Motivation Assets (that we have here today) Who fills what role will come through as the need arises. John, you are doing well to lead this charge and I have no probs with this continuing. Ruben seems to have volunteered the technical aspect via Spread Ubuntu (Nice site). 12 Nov. with a simple agenda is a good start. If another, more in depth meeting needs to be scheduled for UDS(?) which I have no idea (sorry for my ignorance), is necessary then so be it. A regular meeting schedule too will settle into place. Until then as many meetings at what ever time is necessary. All I ask is advance notice. -- Fred www.fwrgallery.com "Life is like linux, simple.
