lighttpd is the new light and fast HTTP server gaining in popularity, which gets introduced in Dapper. Currently, Dapper has version 1.4.9-1, while Debian sid has 1.4.9-5. I’ve been using -5 rebuilt for Breezy for the past week (for personal use, though, no production servers) and didn’t find any bugs, so maybe it could be an exception to UFV?
The new conffile layout, init.d reload, build against
libmysqlclient15 and (Debian-)bug fixes seem to be worth it.
