I was wondering about this. lighttpd versions > 1.4.9-1 don’t seem to
be synced with Debian sid, and the wiki does state[1] that ‘selected
Debian releases of the same upstream versions may still be pulled in
for bug-fixes, but this would be a manual process,’ which suggests
a request is required for this to happen.

Does your reply mean that in universe, the ‘new dash versions’ (not new
upstream) will be mass-synced at some point before Dapper’s release?
