That's the most crucial and interesting part: how many packages we maintain are not touched since ages? If we look at MDT output [1], we can see there are ~ 1000 packages in Universe/Multiverse not available in Sid, this is bad because Debian doesn't ship useful packages and MOTUs need to care at them without sharing maintainership with Debian. I guess there are many packages never touched and with several open bugs, they will probably stay the same forever, unless we agree on a solution: working with some interested DDs to incorporate them in Debian, fix them in a sane way or just drop them from the archives.
