Even more weird, I saw the 'No Signal' thing yesterday, which appeared in addition to the 0 bars icon, to its left. So, 'No Signal' is still in use for something, but it doesn't appear everytime there is no signal, and it appears in addition to the signal icon. Very much more confused now.
