Wow, not a peep .. I've been trying to find a place for help from the forums to the partner list to here.
It's been really frustrating. If the developer support experience is this bad, how will Ubuntu Phone even compete in the market for applications? It doesn't even appear to be mature for adoption. This has been a ridiculous exercise in futility.
