Hi everybody, I just glanced over the abandoned requests page today: https://requests.ci-train.ubuntu.com/#/tickets?status=Abandoned
And I'm seeing lots of groups of 3 or 4 near-identical (or totally identical) requests that are all abandoned. Is something going wrong that's causing people to create multiple requests by mistake? Can somebody fill me in on what led to this situation so I can prevent it from happening again?
