I think that sending data off to Internet without that the user knows
this and/or without that the user can easily(!) switch this off, no
matter what the data is (search requests or credit card PINs) is a
violation of trust, security and a serious issue.
Speaking about our Ubuntuphone: do we have this issue, do we have such
apps which are "phoning home"? The HERE I have disabled.
