Is that a new phone ? Have you tried a factory reset ?
Try ut tweak tool from the open store has some settings in to tweak the
launcher

the edge of the launcher. Then dragging it to the right, lets the bar
stay in place. In my case, many many taps are needed before I get the
launcher, and if I miss it, I have to start over. Any thoughts?
