Hi Alex, would you please raise a bug against ubiquity, open a terminal session and issue:
ubuntu-bug ubiquity from the pentium M machine, I'm not too sure what the team can do about it if the machine does not advertise it, but it will allow them to have a think. Regards, Phill.
