Fixed at least since Ubuntu 16.04 via dependency on qml-module-qtquick2.
For reference: qtdeclarative5-qtquick2-plugin became a transitional dummy
package for that one.

Bug description:
On qtcreator's welcome screen i am used to find a
projectmanager/sessionmanager to open previous used projects. But this screen
is empty!
With QtCreator 3.0, this projectmanager depends to QtQuick2, on which the
QtCreator package does not depend.
Please include the package "qtdeclarative5-qtquick2-plugin" to "qtcreator"
