Its quite unclear what the status of this bug is at the moment. While it
says "In Progress", it is not assigned to anyone, and so is probably not
being looked at. Also, Adi is not subscribed, and so cannot answer
questions about the rules file he has posted.
I'm unfamiliar with the translations process, can somebody who
understands it please take a look at this bug again and set the status
appropriately?
