IIRC I saw a discussion on #ubuntu-devel about this at some point. I
think there was no schedule or plans what so ever about a new LTS at
this point. Seems more like a decision taken for every release or
something. Something along the lines of: When it's done/When we're happy
with it we'll support it as LTS. That's my understanding anyway.
