Just a quick note: That page does not accurately reflect a Ubuntu system.
I do not know if the page is out dated in general or if Ubuntu (and maybe
Debian) use different directories. Anyway, /usr/share/lib/pulseaudio
appears to be /usr/share/pulseaudio In Ubuntu for anyone else looking at
it.
/usr/share/lib/pulseaudio is wrong. Upstream recommends
/usr/share/pulseaudio. (I just tried to change it, but the wiki seems
entirely down currently.)
