they're managed by Google. I suggest you to file a bug against Chromium
(http://crbug.com).

In the Spanish translation appears translated ¿"root" ? as "raíz", when
appropriate would translate by "administrador"
The phrase is "No se puede ejecutar Chromium como raíz."
