As I was looking at the gfxboot-theme-ubuntu I noticed that there seem to be two overlapping locales for European Portuguese: Portuguese (pt) and Portuguese, Portugal (pt-PT). The second one has not been touched since 2006 and has far as I known the official locale for European Portuguese throughout Rosetta is pt. Shouldn't the pt-PT file be removed, since it is obsolete and may lead translators to duplicate efforts?
