Yes, after talking to Danilo, it seems that the import queue is halted. There was a critical issue last night and the Launchpad Translations team need to figure out what's happening. They are discussing the issue with admins right now; and the imports should be back as soon as LOSAs (Launchpad/Landscape Operational Systems Administrators) show up during the day.
