There aren't templates for grub or grub2 in Karmic either. You can
translate grub2 on translationproject.org now, but I can't find the
string you just mentioned.
Translating software upstream is the the prefer way, and you may only
translate on Launchpad for strings that is Ubuntu specific or it's
late for submitting an upstream translation.
