Upstream at Oracle (OpenOffice) or at "The Document Foundation" (LibreOffice)?
I think this might be a problem with the recent fork of the OpenOffice and Ubuntu switching to the actively maintained fork (LibreOffice) rather than Oracle's original one which is now not being actively maintained by the looks of things. LibreOffice is already moving ahead leaving OpenOffice behind. Sorry i have no idea how to deal with any of this. Can someone post a bug report against translators continued use of OpenOffice where the translations are likely to meet with the same lack of response that bug-reports against OpenOffice are currently getting? I was under the impression that Maverick was being shipped with LibreOffice NOT OpenOffice but it seems i might be wrong? Is anyone in contact with Ubuntu Documentation Team about this issue? Well, I don't know, I just installed Kubuntu Maverick in my system and "OpenOffice" appeared in Italian. :-) I haven't LibreOffice yet, but the localized strings are picked upstream from OOo repository, except for few files (already translated). Presently, only LibO English version is available, hope language packs will come asap :-) Cheers, -- -- ubuntu-translators mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-translators
