Well, currently there is nothing to translate. Maybe we should refer the translators to the git origin found at: http://git.gnome.org/browse/banshee/tree/po
Just download the relevant file for your language, translate it and wait for the upstream in Ubuntu to be updated, then you can submit your changes. BTW, Hebrew was updated upstream few weeks ago, I hope it will be OK.
