Hi translators, I apologise for the late notice.
As a result of this bug [1], I've just approved the translation template for the webapps-application package. Having been approved past translation deadline, it's not guaranteed that their translations will get into the release, but if they can be shipped in language packs (which I'm just trying to find out), they'll be included in the first post-release language pack.
