The first is the default, the rest are selectable using various
configuration tools (e.g. "kcmshell4 keyboard" in KDE).

The default keyboards are defined in xkeyboard-config [1] files [2].
If there is no localized layout file the defaults from
keyboard-configuration [3] will be used.
