Thanks Yuri. So Sept 19 and Oct 10 are the two big dates. Urgh, I'll see
what I can do. Might have to wait another year then before I can promote
the localized version. Not great.

a massive push of string bunches, e.g. technically break the string
freeze ;) )
October 10th - LanguagePack Translation Deadline, 13.10 translation
becomes some kind of sport, nothing more. But string freeze breaks are
still possible. ;)
