I installed Dapper at Christmas, thinking I'd give myself plenty of time to play with it until my XP was no longer supported - now I'm using it full time. :)
I have two hard drives, originally one held Windows C:/ and D:/, and the other my Windows backup E:/ drive. I put Dapper on the end of my D: partition. Now I plan to do a fresh install of Feisty to replace the entire second (E:/) drive, and move my old /home to that drive, then increase its size. There are three other users besides myself, who are all happy with Ubuntu. So if I move the /home, will that automatically create those users with the current passwords, or will I need to recreate them? (I'm backing up the home partition in case of accidents!) Or am I going completely the wrong way about this? TIA Dianne -- [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-uk https://wiki.kubuntu.org/UKTeam/
