Hi Rob, another method which has worked for me is to synchronise Outlook Calendar with Gmail Calendar and Thunderbird Calendar i.e Outlook->GCal->Thunderbird. There's a nice how to on Lifehacker<http://lifehacker.com/399407/how-to-sync-any-desktop-calendar-with-google-calendar>. Cheers Seoras
