Here's a rundown of how firefox naming works in the ubuntu repos:

The current stable version that is in the ubuntu repositries is called
firefox
The later versions (currently 3.5 and 3.6) are given code names (such as
Shiretoko) so as not to be confused with the current default version of
firefox.

Because of this, if you download either 3.5 or 3.6 from the ubuntu repos, it
won't be called Firefox, but will have a 'codename'
